Gather around our grazing tables for an evening of culinary collaboration and conversation. Learn from national bestselling author and chef Dennis Prescott as he shares fresh flavours, food styling tips and memorable stories from his time in Kenya.

"I’ve been to Kenya twice now, and have made friends for life. I cooked and shared meals with folks who love food, love community, and are thriving in the face of adversity. Join me as I share about these amazing trips and put a delicious Kenyan twist on my North American influenced comfort food." -Dennis the Prescott

We believe in a world where everyone has enough food for today and tomorrow. This October, we’re once again inviting Canadians to #celebratefood and help support sustainable solutions for a #hungerfree future. We can’t wait to host you, inspire you and work together to bring this vision to life.

Dennis Prescott

Six years ago, Dennis Prescott was a musician who didn’t know how to cook. After visiting the Nashville Public Library and cooking through a few Jamie Oliver books, Dennis threw himself into not just creating delicious recipes but styling and photographing them in a way that will leave you drooling. Now, in just a few short years, Dennis has amassed a devoted following of more than 390,000 followers on Instagram, was included in the Globe & Mail’s prestigious Food 53 roundup, has appeared multiple times on network television in the US and Canada, and has travelled the globe, cooking from New York to Nairobi. Prescott’s first cookbook, Eat Delicious (William Morrow / HarperCollins), was released in April of this year becoming a National Post Bestseller. Dennis lives in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, with his wife.
